Evening Cooking Class & Market Tour

We will collect you directly from your hotel or guest house between 3:30-4:00 pm.

You will then visit an authentic Thai produce market, where your cooking teacher will give you a guided tour and explain many of the ingredients that you will be using in your cooking.

When you leave the market it will take around 15 minutes to get to Bees Garden where you will be greeted with a cup of fresh herbal tea, made from ingredients growing in our organic garden.

Next you will don your sun hats and have a guided tour of the organic garden where you will be able to select some of the ingredients that you will use in your cooking.

During the evening you will prepare 6 different dishes.  Don't worry if you have never cooked before, as you will receive step by step instruction from our qualified cooking teachers, so your dishes will taste great, flavoured to your own taste and level of spiciness.

In between cooking the dishes, you will sit down and enjoy eating your cooking with other members of your group.  

Throughout the evening there is complimentary tea, coffee and water for you to help yourself to.

Before you leave, we would like you to have a copy of Bee's Cook Book, where you will find detailed recipes of all the dishes that you prepared that day and many more for you to try when you return home.

You will arrive back at your hotel around 8:30 pm.
